Our story
I was fortunate to join the trades at an early age of just 15 and quickly discovered the satisfaction of a job well done. There’s nothing quite like seeing a customer’s smile, sigh of relief, or look of pure joy when they see their transformed home.
Over the years, I took on larger and more complex projects, which gradually pulled me further away from working directly with homeowners. Although I maintained my work ethic and passion for excellence, and developed many valuable skills, those jobs always felt a bit empty once the project was done.
In August 2025, I was involved in a severe, life‑altering accident that made me take a hard look at my life and what truly mattered. During recovery, I took on a few small projects around Destin — and that’s when I rediscovered what I’d been missing all along. Nothing compares to the feeling of handing over a beautifully completed project and hearing the homeowner say, “Wow, it’s better than we imagined!”
That experience inspired the creation of Destin Home Pro. a company built on attention to detail, clear communication, and pride in craftsmanship. It’s more than just a business; it’s a return to the roots of why I fell in love with the trades in the first place
